Bearings for Material Handling Equipment

Bearings for Cranes, Turntables and other Port / Transport Equipment

Make the Heavy Lifts Look Easy

Contractors and land excavation companies rely on Scheerer Bearing’s seven decades of expertise. Our crane hook roller thrust bearings are available with or without shields or grease fittings.

Slewing Ring Bearings Designed for Land Excavators and Crane Turrets

Scheerer Bearing manufactures heavy-duty slewing bearings for excavators, electric rope shovels, forest machines, and cranes, as well as heavy-duty turntable slewing bearings for material handling machines. Scheerer slew ring bearings are machined from high quality materials and engineered to withstand maximum allowable static and dynamic stresses.

Standard applications include combinations of axial, radial, and moment loads. Slewing bearings are very efficient, providing a superb balance between weight and size. Some of the most common styles include: four point ball or cross roller; single, double, and triple row configurations; geared inner or outer rings. Sizes range from: 4” (100mm) to 100” (2540mm) bores.
